The deal
Trendn provides a creator-intelligence dashboard that surfaces trending content, formats, and creators across public social platforms. By creating an account or using the public tools, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One person, one account — no sharing logins across teams without an Enterprise seat.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell or rebrand Trendn data without an Enterprise license
- Scrape the dashboard at scale or attempt to bypass rate limits
- Use Trendn to harass, harm, or impersonate any person
- Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to access other users' data
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Trend data accuracy
Trendn aggregates public data from multiple platforms and applies machine-learning models to surface what's gaining momentum. We do our best to make this useful and accurate, but we can't guarantee any specific outcome from acting on what you see — your own creative judgment still matters.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — we'll usually give you a heads-up first unless the violation is egregious.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app banner before they take effect.
